Membership Policy

1. Membership Overview

  • Memberships are designed to provide exclusive savings and benefits on select treatments and services.
  • Membership benefits apply only while the membership is active and in good standing.
  • Memberships are individual and non-transferable.

2. Membership Fees & Billing

  • Membership fees are billed monthly
  • All membership fees are non-refundable.
  • A valid credit card must be kept on file for automatic billing.
  • Failed or declined payments may result in temporary suspension or termination of membership benefits.

3. Term Commitment

  • Memberships require a minimum commitment period as outlined in the selected plan.
  • Early cancellation prior to completing the minimum term may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of unused benefits.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used membership benefits.

4. Included Services & Usage

  • Membership benefits apply only to services specifically included in the membership plan.
  • Benefits cannot be substituted for other services unless explicitly stated.
  • Unused services or credits do not roll over unless specified in the membership terms.
  • Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, sales, or special offers.

5. Appointments & Cancellations

  • All standard clinic policies regarding cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals apply to membership bookings.
  • Missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in forfeiture of the session or credit.
  • Membership does not exempt clients from cancellation fees.

6. Medical Eligibility & Treatment Suitability

  • All treatments are subject to medical assessment and provider approval.
  • The clinic reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or modify treatments for safety or medical reasons.
  • Membership benefits do not guarantee eligibility for all treatments.

7. Freezes & Holds

  • Memberships may be placed on temporary hold for medical reasons, pregnancy, or at clinic discretion.
  • Holds must be requested in writing and approved by management.
  • No membership benefits accrue during a freeze period unless otherwise stated.

8. Refunds, Transfers & Exchanges

  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Membership benefits may not be shared or gifted.
  • Membership pricing and benefits cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.

9. Pricing & Program Changes

  • Skinfinity Rx Medspa reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, or inclusions with notice.
  • Membership pricing is not guaranteed indefinitely.
  • Any changes will apply at the next billing cycle where applicable.

10. Right to Terminate Membership

Skinfinity Rx Medspa reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership for:

  • Policy violations
  • Misuse of benefits
  • Non-payment
  • Inappropriate or abusive behavior
  • Medical contraindications

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

11. Acknowledgement

By enrolling in a Skinfinity Rx Medspa membership, you acknowledge and agree to all clinic policies, including those related to laser, aesthetic, injectable, consultation, and cancellation policies.
