SKIINFINITY RX MEDSPA Clinic Policy
- LASER HAIR REMOVAL: WARNING: ANTIBIOTIC USE within 14 days prior to any Laser Hair Removal treatment is strictly prohibited. Should you begin antibiotics of any kind, it is your sole responsibility to make all needed changes to scheduled treatment dates and times. Skinfinity Rx Medspa is NOT responsible for verifying with you or reminding you about the use of antibiotics when scheduling your appointments The last dose of any antibiotic must be a minimum of 14 days prior to a scheduled Laser Hair Removal treatment Should you change or cancel your appointment within 24 hours or arrive for a treatment and need to be rescheduled due to antibiotic use within the 14 day period, you will be charged $50 per session originally scheduled and then be rescheduled.
- PREGNANCY AND LACTATION: We do not carry laser hair removal sessions during pregnancy. It is your responsibility to inform us if you are pregnant during the sessions period. We will have to hold the sessions, but please note that the DISCOUNTED Laser Packages bought at the beginning are NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. You will have to wait till the termination of the pregnancy and Lactation period to get the remaining sessions completed.
- SHAVING: All hair removal treatments require the treatment area to be clean shave. ONLY shaven areas will be treated. Skinfinity Rx Medspa will treat the shaved portions and the treatment will be considered completed if you should arrive unshaven you will be charged $50 per body area for getting the shaving service. Should any area be partially shaven or Unshaven that will need to be rescheduled Or you may elect to forfeit that treatment from your purchase
- LIFETIME MAINTENANCE WARRANTY: Hair growth and level of hair removal effectiveness will be different for every individual receiving Laser Hair Removal. Our maintenance warranty offers a great benefit should you need it continued treatments beyond the original package purchased (package purchase required for our warranty), treatments may be continued for the original body area for 70% off the individual treatment price.
- APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS: All treatment appointments scheduled must be rescheduled or canceled no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Skinfinity Rx Medspa reserves to right to charge you $50 per canceled or no-show session. If you make an appointment within 24 hours, you will not be able to change, cancel or reschedule the appointment. Skinfinity Rx Medspa will make every effort to make courtesy calls to remind you of your appointment. However, it is your responsibility to make it certain that Skinfinity Rx medspa has the proper contact information for you. You will be required to give the credit card information on booking the appointment. If for technical or other reasons, Skinfinity Rx Medspa requests that your appointment be rescheduled, then your account will be credited the equivalent of $50 per cancelled session LATE FOR YOUR
- APPOINTMENT: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, Skinfinity Rx Medspa reserves the right to consider you a no-show. If the schedule permits, we will perform all or part of your treatment areas. Skinfinity Rx Medspa cannot be held responsible for late arrivals. If you have to reschedule any part of your original appointment, you will be charged a $50 fee per rescheduled treatment area. Fees will need to be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments
- REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Skinfinity Rx Medspa requires full payments prior to scheduling any treatment appointments ALL SALES ARE FINAL at the point of purchase. Promotional Packages once purchased are NON REFUNDABLE. You may exchange any purchase within 6 months of the original purchase date. Purchase exchanges may be applied towards the regular value of any other requested service. No exchanges will be allowed more than 6 months after the original purchase date, except for pregnancy or medical illnesses. The exchange value will be calculated by subtracting the pro-rated value of all services rendered from the purchased amount payment amount and fee that has been paid and your records are current. Furthermore, Skinfinity Rx Medpsa will no longer accept this form of payment. You will either have to pre-pay with cash or provide a credit card to secure payments
- COURTESY APPOINTMENT REMINDERS: Skinfinity Rx Medspa will make every effort to make courtesy telephone calls, email, and text reminders of your appointment. These calls are to confirm any appointment that you scheduled and are not guaranteed. All appointments are considered confirmed at the time an appointment has been made To better ensure you receive a courtesy call, set up your voice mail, empty your voice mail box, and make sure your contact information is current. We also recommend that you opt-in to receive text and email reminders. 6. CHILDREN: Due to the nature of business at Skinfinity Rx Medspa, children under the age of 13 will not be allowed in the laser treatment room for any reason. Should you bring children between the ages of 13-18, they must wait for you in our reception area No children under the age of 13 will be left unattended in our facility at any time for any reason. If you bring young children to a Laser Hair Removal appointment, you will need to reschedule and pay a $50 fee per session for the rescheduled appointment. Skinfinity Rx Medspa may have promotional offers, sales, and/or specials Special pricing at the time of purchase will prevail and will not be adjusted, credited or refunded to reflect any new pricing that may be available after your original purchase. All cancellation policies, fees and exchanges will apply to all purchases, including sales, specials and promotions. NO POLICY EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR ANYONE, FOR ANY REASON. PLEASE DON’T ASK. Skinfinity Rx Medspa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons management deems appropriate. Skinfinity Rx Medspa also reserves the right to change or modify the terms of this agreement without notice.
VALIDITY OF THE PACKAGES AFTER PURCHASE: Discounted prices and Packages are limited time offer and clinic reserve to right to change the prices and discounted offers.
There is a limited validity of the discounted packages once it’s purchased and patients are compliant to avail the sessions within that set period of time to ensure the satisfactory results of the treatment. On a usual basis the sessions to avail within 1 year after the purchase. Unless otherwise specified and certain conditions apply.- REFUSAL OR TERMINATION OF SESSION: In case of refusal and termination of the treatment session by the client while session in progress without a valid reason or excuse, Full amount of the treatment will be charged of the session. And No refunds applies to the package already bought. Also we will not be then held accountable for the outcome of the treatment.
